[Localization] Suggestions for Tamil translation

Leaving this here for the localisation team.

The name of the application is currently localised in Tamil as "கால்குலேட்டர்" which is just a transliteration of the English name. The word "கணிப்பான்" is more native and should be used instead.

The history pane says "அங்கு இதுவரை வரலாறு ஏதுமில்லை" (there's no history there yet) but in the English version, it's "There’s no history yet", which can better be translated as "இங்கு இதுவரை வரலாறு ஏதுமில்லை" (there's no history here yet).

In the new settings page, "App theme" is translated "பயன்பாட்டு தீம்" instead of "பயன்பாட்டுக் கருப்பொருள்". The latter is more native and is consistent with the rest of Windows. "Light" is translated as "லைட்" (English transliteration) instead of "வெளிச்சம்", which is used elsewhere, including the Settings application.
