Hello the error message states that you have entered your secret incorrectly. We have a set of potential issues for this step at the bottom the section to setup the subscription

Note that secrets look something like this: nzPce~x_qwerty6xN.po789c4.XYZ9L9ab
People sometimes put the secret ID (a GUID) in there accidently.
