Taskbar icon/micro rendering

Suggested new feature or improvement

I think it'd be amazing if I could have "micro" versions of the widgets or simply put animated/dynamic icons in the same way the "status bar" or "notification area" on the right hand side can some times show more dynamic information (ie: Task Manager's icon showing CPU utilization).

Scenario

My main objective is to have the CPU, Memory, Network (and Disk hopefully soon) activity monitoring widgets show up in place of the weather content in the left side corner of the taskbar.

this not to mention the CPU, Memory, Disk, Network and GPU widgets in the new Task Manager are much nicer in compact view than the Dev Home ones ;) perhaps a subject for another ticket :)

Looks like the left hand side widget on the task bar already allows for multiple of its widgets to keep rotating their turn in the rendering of that "micro" view, it'd be cool if the Dev Home widgets could take turns there too!
