When running dotnet run --project src/FhirCodeGenBlazor/FhirCodeGenBlazor.csproj in the cloned project folder it won't automatically open a browser window. It is however running on http://localhost:5197 when I type this in the browsers.

This is on Mac with Arc as the default browser.
