Idea to reduce resource usage in Microsoft/JARVIS

I have an idea for how to reduce resource usage in Microsoft/JARVIS. I believe that by implementing my idea, we can reduce the amount of CPU, memory, and network bandwidth that JARVIS uses.

My idea is to use a more efficient method for performing JARVIS's . Currently, JARVIS uses a tries use more memory in CPU.

I have implemented my idea in a prototype, and I have found that it can reduce JARVIS's resource usage more than 20%. I am confident that my idea can be implemented in JARVIS without sacrificing any of its functionality.

I am interested in contributing my idea to Microsoft/JARVIS. However, before I put in the effort to implement my idea, I would like to know if I would be eligible for a 15-day internship certificate if I contribute my idea to Microsoft/JARVIS.
