As per your screenshot and initial analysis, Solution metering is failed due to failure of one of cloud flow 'Get Dataverse Solution Artifacts'.

It would be helpful to do further analysis, please share respective logs for cloud flow run 'Get Dataverse Solution Artifacts'. Please find the below screenshot your reference to collect Run logs for cloud flow 'Get Dataverse Solution Artifacts'.

Meanwhile I suggest/recommend you verify below items and try once again.

  1. verify and ensure to update one of Environment variable 'Solution Manager Artifacts Read User Id' with respective user id of application user. Please see the below screen shot to find environment variable.

Hi I got the following error:

We couldn't able to retrive solution components from table 'msdyn_solutioncomponentsummary'. Original exception message:Entity 'systemuser' With Id = does not exist.

I went and reran the CLI setup and now its working.

As per you email, it is fixed. Actual RCA is user id is not set / wrong user has been updated in respective environment variable. After updating the respective environment variable. It is working fine now.

Based on your response, it is working fine and we would like to close this issue. Please let me know if you need any clarifications.
