Add the original non-accented letter to Quick Accent selection

Description of the new feature / enhancement

When Quick Accent is activated I would like for the native character to be the first selected choice rather than an accented letter in case of accidental activation.

Scenario when this would be used?

Whenever the user activates Quick Accent.

Supporting information

Issue #23767 asked for the same thing back in February 2023, but was closed due to not receiving author feedback.

As far as my own setup:

• I use either the English (US) keyboard language, or the English (US) International keyboard language,
• My Quick Accent character set is "All Available".

For example, if I activate Quick Accent for p, I get the following suggestions, none of which is the original letter p.
