Description of the new feature / enhancement

I want a new Text Extractor function to use AI-OCR (character transcription) using chatGPT's API like Advanced Paste.

Scenario when this would be used?

It is useful when you want to transcribe characters from images and handwritten characters that cannot be recognized well by existing OCR engines such as Text Extractor.

No plans as snipping tool as this feature already.

@crutkas are there plans to remove OCR utility / add warning / suggestion to users then? Seems relatively confusing to me this way.
