Steps to reproduce

Was watching a YouTube video in Chrome Browser and it was as if the video driver crashed as everything froze for about 30 seconds. When everything recovered a window popped up saying "PowerToys ran into an issue. Something went wrong. Please file a bug..."

I don't know if this was anything to do with PowerToys or if it was just letting me know something went wrong somewhere else but it said to file a bug. Hoping something in here would be helpful to you.

It seems to be a display driver issue. The display driver crashed for whatever reason and needed to restart. PowerToys must have detected the fatal exception and notified me once the display driver recovered.
