Description of the new feature / enhancement

When the Fancy Zones option "Move newly created windows to their last known zone" is checked, the application's splash screen is placed in the last known zone, not the application itself.

Scenario when this would be used?

When the Fancy Zones option "Move newly created windows to their last known zone" is checked, the target application's splash screen is placed in the last known zone, not the application itself. Now the application has to be moved to the chosen zone. This undoes the power of this option.
