Try to snap

✔️ Expected Behavior

It to snap

❌ Actual Behavior

It doesn't snap, even though it's a resizable window

Appears to be the same issue as #34566.

@justrightlizard, it's not. This one is just literally the "Workspaces Editor" window itself that doesn't get snapped by fancy zones

Steps to reproduce
Open the Workspace Editor using the assigned keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Win+`)
Move the Workspace Editor window
Attempt to "snap" the window to a pre-defined zone by using secondary mouse button to "snap"

✔️ Expected Behavior
The Workspace Editor should behave like any other window and "snap" to the associated FancyZone

❌ Actual Behavior
Window does not snap to the zone, and no highlight is shown. Other windows work fine.
