[Workspaces / FancyZones] Vivaldi doesn't trigger zones to snap after being launched through Workspaces #34641

FancyZones, Workspaces

Steps to reproduce

  • Have Vivaldi open to capture
  • Have PWAs created through Vivaldi open to capture (not sure if relevant, but worth mentioning)
  • Launch Vivaldi through Workspaces

✔️ Expected Behavior

  • FancyZones to work

❌ Actual Behavior

I had to restart Vivaldi for FancyZones to work again with it

Other Software

  • Windows 10
  • Vivaldi 6.9.3447.41

Appears to be the same issue as #34566.

@justrightlizard, yes. This one seems to be the same issue, although it only happened to one application to me. To them it seems to happen to every window. I'll close mine in favour of theirs
