Description of the new feature / enhancement

I need to backup my Workspaces, so I don't have to recreate them on recore or on other VMs / machines. I've tried and tried, and it does not appear that the General | Backup features of PowerToys is not including them in backup and I can't find all of the files needed to backup and restore them.

Scenario when this would be used?

Any time you need to move to a new machine, copy to a VM because you use the same software and tools on more than one VM or machine, etc.
