Describe the bug
Side help doc should fold up automatically if launching simulator in full screen

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#editor
2.Right-click on any block and choose "help" to open help doc
3.Click "Launch in fullscreen" under the simulator

Actual behavior
Side help doc should fold up automatically if launching simulator in full screen
