Describe the bug
Scroll bar can't be dragged after pasting long code

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/projects/karel
  2. Copy project "karel" code to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta#editor JavaScript pane
  3. Drag the scroll bar on the right of the page

Expected behavior(on live site)
The scroll bar should can be dragged

Actual behavior(on beta site)
Scroll bar can't be dragged after pasting long code

Additional info:

  1. makecode.microbit.org version: 1.4.7
  2. Microsoft MakeCode version: 5.11.6
  3. This issue doesn't repro on live site, it only repros on beta
  4. OS: Windows (17763.1.amd64fre.rs5_release.180914-1434)
