Describe the bug
Hint of tutorial doesn't show completely if it's long

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta#
  2. Tutorials for the new micto:bit(V2)----->Pet Hamster
  3. Go to step 7 and observe the hint

Actual behavior
Hint of tutorial doesn't show completely if it's long

Expect behavior
Hint of tutorial should show completely
