What do we want the user to do with "Show Running Extensions" in a plain bug report? We don't give them any hint. Do we expect all users to click the link? How about: "If you suspect it's an extension issue, see all running extensions?

Description
The checkbox for "Is the problem reproducible when extensions are disabled?" should be off by default.
I propose to use a sentence for "Disable Extensions and Reload". How about " Try to reproduce the problem after disabling all extensions and reloading the window. " ?
