Merging two videos: video/audio track rearrangement.

I have a lot of issues to go through, so in order to make it easier for me to help you, I ask that you please try these things first

Description

I have two mp4 files that can be merged, but when i load them to LC one of it has video and audio track stored in wrong order (idk why). Result merge was broken: incorrect length and second video has no picture. To solve this i first extracted all track from first file, and rearrange them by exporting/saving. After that merging was complete.
Feature request - make it possible to rearrange individual tracks of any merging file on the fly.
