Can't see "Top Trends" section on low res screen when "Who to Follow" gets populated. #358

As the "Who to Follow" section gets populated, the "Top Trends" section gets pushed off the bottom of the screen, and scrolling down only shows more of the "Postboard" section.

The machine in question is an Ubuntu 15.10, Firefox 47, and twister 00.97.37.00
