What would you like to be added?

Description:
We need to upgrade the Milvus build environment to enhance compatibility, security, and performance. The proposed changes are:

  1. Upgrade the operating system:

    • Current version: Ubuntu 20.04
    • New version: Ubuntu 22.04
  2. Upgrade GCC:

    • Current version: GCC 9
    • New version: GCC 12

Rationale:

  • Ubuntu 22.04 offers improved security features, updated libraries, and better support for newer hardware.
  • GCC 12 provides better optimization, support for new C++ standards, and improved diagnostics.
