Not all items in UOM List visible

Describe the bug
When selecting UOM for attributes in the inspector window, not all UOM are visible. The items on the end are outside of the screen and you are unable to scroll further down.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to aspect object with power as one attribute.
2. Click on the select UOM for the power attribute.
3. Try to scroll down to the end of the list to select kW.
4. Last items not visible within the window.

Expected behavior
All items in the list should fit within the inspector window. For list with many options, the list should be shorter such that it fits within the window and the items at the end of the list is visible.
