consult-buffer-other{window,frame} don't show the current buffer in the candidate list, but switch-to-buffer-other-{window,frame} do. This is convenient when wanting to view the same buffer in multiple places.

@okamsn I wonder about this feature. What do you think - would it make more sense to not hide the current buffer and just ensure that another buffer is selected as default? This is the behavior of switch-to-buffer.
@okamsn I changed the behavior such that the current buffer is shown generally but not selected as default, see 383adf2. What do you think about it? I like it more since it I find it less confusing, furthermore it is more aligned with the default switch-to-buffer.
