md2mail cannot open preview window #2

reproduction process is shown as below;

Create markdown file "hoge.md"
Press [Shift + Ctrl + P] and select Open Preview and save to .txt(md2down)
An error message is shown as below

'Preview 'hoge.md'' を開くことができません: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\c:\Users[User Name]\Desktop\hoge.txt'。

I suspect the cause is double volume label like 'C:\c:'.
It's also issue open to question that this extension try opening hoge.'txt', not hoge.'md'.
