Bug fixes and improvements

Yet another bug fixing release with some improvements:

• Pressing forward will not re-start the slideshow
• Double click the image to enter/exit fullscreen
• Kiosk mode, start with ./easyslideshow --kiosk
• Lock button should now work on more systems
• Drag&Drop the displayed image to share it somewhere

Again some small bug fixes and bigger improvement to image scaling.

Images are now properly downsampled. This improves image quality a lot when the window size is smaller than the image itself (which is almost always the case).
