Enhancing StatObjectOptions, RemoveObjectOptions for propagating replication deletes. Add xml field to allow versioned deletes replication as a MinIO extension. This PR also enhances replication pkg to toggle DeleteMarkerReplication and DeleteReplication statuses, intended for `mc replicate set/add` commands
