Think would be useful to have headless (without upper title bar) and full screen modes.

Both are available, see the manual page (http://mintty.github.io/mintty.1.html, I'll link it directly to the wsltty project page).
The border option -B would need to be added to the shortcut (or .bat script).
You can also add -w max there, or Window=max to the config file.

Btw it would be good to have an ability to switch over these modes while runtime, not only launch time using fixed params.

Full-screen is switchable with Alt+Enter.

Good, removal of head title could to be dynamic.
