Generate import script

If the import does not want to be done immediately it should be possible to generate a sql script that does the import (a self-sufficient sql script)

There should be 2 ways to generate an import script. First one should work targeting any single database. The second one should be a "diff" script and only work targeting the database you choose. The first script is useful for not having to use this tool in rollout plans, and the diff script is useful when you want to carefully check over the resulting script
