SNAC not reliable with this core

I have a NES 004 controller which works with original console and not on SNAC. I also have a zapper which works on both mister via SNAC and original console.

could you please try to consolidate SNAC support so that all original controller works on this core via SNAC? My guess is that no NES 004 controllers works at all on this core.

The core doesn't care about what kind of controller you use. It does no interpretation of protocols or other modification of signals. This is an issue with your SNAC hardware. You should contact the producer of your snac hardware.
