Issue
Doesn't allow you to save the game to a memory card, scans slot 1 and doesn't ever acknowledge Slot 2

Reproduce
Try to select Load Game from main menu is the easiest, finish level 1 and try and save is another

Workaround
Use Save States

Additional Info
Game will save fine to a real memory card via SNAC
