Not much except the first launch! The SAM 1.0 .rar includes SAMP.ahk, the SAM .asi, a few mods & examples.

In order to install, make sure you have Autohotkey, the 32 bit version, installed. Make sure you also have Silent's ASI loader installed as well.

Here's an example of how it should look in your SAMP folder.
