Update integration test to use bitcoind 0.21.0 #255

We should update the integration tests to bitcoind 0.21.0. 0.21.0 doesn't create a wallet by default so there needs to be a one line change like so:

bitcoin-cli -conf=$BITCOIN_CONF createwallet test-wallet

# mine 200 blocks to have a bunch of spendable coins
mine_blocks 200
