How can I find the information about the admission symptom, such as melena and hematemesis.
Besides, is there a report of endoscopy finding? If yes , where I can find.

There are no reports in eICU-CRD.

Not sure where you will find symptoms; the closest I can think of is the diagnosis table but that captures ongoing disease processes rather than symptoms. Alternatively you may be able to find something in nurseAssessment or nurseCharting.
