Winrm msgs

This PR adds extra info and warning messages for winrm and ssh communicators.

Also updated the Vagrantfile for testing the provisioning of a Windows machine. In order to test it:

• You'll need a fix or workaround the bug introduced in Update vagrant to allow users to specify non-standard images and flavors #101, which breaks image names with spaces.
• It will hang after displaying "Waiting for winrm to become available at #{ip}..", since the base images don't have winrm enabled and there isn't support for uploading a bootstrap.cmd script yet. Once you see the IP you can manually log in via Remote Desktop and execute a script to setup winrm so will continue.
