CAVE2 windows virtualisation

Using a template VM config, create configs for each node : Script to write node vm xml from template vm xml

PCI bus addresses for 2 x GPU + 2 x GPU HDMI sound
Mac addresses, eg: 00:00:aa:bb:01-20 for each node
Confirm bridge interface working and that the nodes can get DHCP addresses on CAVE vlan after networking reconfiguration on 12/7
