Easyfig won't draw figure

Hi,
I've been using Easyfig for a while and everything worked great. However, all of a sudden it stopped working. I have been using v2.2.5, I was able to generate the blast .OUT files, but when I clicked create figure, it says "Drawing Figure" then just stops and never generates the figure. Additionally, I am unable to cancel drawing the figure and have to quit the program completely. For months and months I have tried to find a solution, asking questions, redownloading, downloading on a different machine, using the old version (2.2.1), manually downloading blast etc. Nothing has worked and I'm stuck.

PLEASE could someone help with fixing this problem. I've previously had no issues, neither has my colleagues, but now none of us can use the program because we're all having the same problem.
