no main menu .desktop

I just installed the software through flat hub and it does not produce a main menu icon in my start menu, I am using Zorin 16 os. I can get it running through the command but there is no entry in my start menu.

Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce this problem. I have installed Speech Note on fresh ZorinOS Core 16.3 VM and the app appeared in main menu as expected. I did not use "Shop app" but installed via terminal (flatpak install net.mkiol.SpeechNote).

I am on Archlinux, GNOME.
And it works fine for me, for the record. i installed it via the terminal.

Also shows up fine on my Librem 5 phone which uses PureOS(Debian fork) and Phosh (fork of GNOME).

Welp, I've been meaning to do a fresh install for a while now. I'll let you know if it works now after I do a fresh install.

I'm suspecting that the problem might be in SVG icon format on older OSes. Currently app installs only one SVG icon file instead of many PNGs in different resolutions. I've noticed that on my very old Ubuntu VM icon is not displayed properly. After changing to PNG everything is fine.

Task for me:

• ship app PNG icons in flatpak package
