What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Go to website

What is the expected output?  
A collaborative document

What do you see instead?
Error 500, internal server error

What browser and browser version are you using?  
Google Chrome

On what operating system?
MacOS X

Error 500 means the AppEngine instance ran out of the quota. Consider enabling 
billing if it's your own.

Thanks for the report.  You skipped these questions in the template: What URL 
does your browser show when the problem occurs?  Did you compile walkaround on 
your machine, or are you using a public instance?

Thanks. I'm not sure which one of us owns this, so I will discuss it with my 
collaborator. I tried to track down info on pricing, etc., but wound up giving 
up.

Information on App Engine pricing is at 
http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/billing.html , with information on free 
quotas at http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/quotas.html .
If you are trying to estimate the cost of running walkaround per user per day, 
I think you'll need to use it for a while and extrapolate.

Closing this issue for now; we can re-open it if it turns into an action item.
