Error description

Host code.videolan.org is down and it fails to install libdav1d

Installing libdav1d
curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection reset by peer in connection to code.videolan.org:443

Maybe alternative link should be provided, for example https://ftp.icm.edu.pl/pub/video/vlc/dav1d/0.9.2/dav1d-0.9.2.tar.xz (source: https://get.videolan.org/dav1d/0.9.2/dav1d-0.9.2.tar.xz)
