Instructions have been incrementally added to the Go assembler. For example, IMUL3L was only added in Go 1.11, which can cause unexpected issues dgryski/go-farm#17.

It would be nice to track the required Go version for each instruction and therefore be able to determine the required Go version for an entire avo program.
