I'm running this code http://pastebin.com/DGDXe5D0 and it crashes when I feed it this POST request: curl -F file=@UP-TEST http://localhost/. up-test is small test file.

Works just fine here with mochiweb master (9a53dbd), I can not reproduce with the information that you have given.
