There are illegal characters in Modelica/Fluid/Dissipation.mo. The file is encoded in ISO-8859-1 instead of UTF-8 as described in the 3.2 Modelica specification.

Thanks for pointing this out. There were also other sub-libraries breaking the ASCII-convention.
Fixed in 5b4e230.
