Suggested correcting formatting of the initial letter "g"s in "grammar of graphics" in Section 2.1.4 - they're not code, so using bold may be more appropriate than code font.

Also updated the date of retrieval of ggplot2 cheatsheets from RStudio.

Thanks! The original intention was to help students get used to see the same "g" appear both in the "grammar of graphics" as well as ggplot2, but I think you are right to have it be bolded instead.
