new unstyled content situation on rocket.modern-web.dev/

This is different than the normal crustiness that comes with service worker on some sites.

Today every new page on rocket.modernweb.dev, even if I revisit the same page 10 minutes later, comes unstyled.

Workaround:
command shift r to refresh browser always fixes that page instantaneously

This was only repeatable on my primary chrome user, all other chrome users and browsers worked fine.

So I tested it by opening up dev tools and monkeying with the service worker. Update, unregister, stop none of those had any affect. But again still only on that one primary user that I had been using for weeks on https://rocket.modern-web.dev/

Finally "fixed" the problem by:
dev tools > Application > Storage > Clear site data

Whatever that was about - no idea, but I am closing this issue to reduce noise level
