Immediately launch into option for Add content/Add from file

Is your suggested enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

When I click on one of the options below, I expect to have the option's action take place, and not have to click the new button that is generated next to the dropdown button. Just reduces the number of clicks needed, especially if switching back and forth a lot.
