Keeping track of state locally would be useful:

• To automatically adjust the date range filters (i.e. if the script ran before and is run again a month later it does not need to look at emails from the previous month necessarily)
• To keep track of the mobility package use, and allow it to generate regularly updated Excel files that know which invoices have been submitted already
