Add Maven and License buttons to readme

To make it clearer what the current released version and license are we should add "buttons" for these as shown in the "Start Using" section here:

https://github.com/HotelsDotCom/plunger

We could also add the actual Maven fragment you need to simplify cutting and pasting although this will be one extra thing to maintain on each release.
