Export of separate tables in csv has not extension in filename #183

Describe the bug
When I try to export a separate table in .csv a file without extension is returned.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://emx2-catalogue.test.molgenis.org/LifeCycle4/updownload/
Download any table under 'Export specific tables:' as csv
a file without extension is downloaded.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: [e.g. iOS] Windows 10
Browser [e.g. chrome, safari] chrome
Version [e.g. 22] 5.31.0
