Reference is broken, maybe due to draft status?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to dev server

2. Make a new schema

3. Load data model: molgenis_2.9.csv

4. Load data: UMCG_upload.zip

5. See error:
   Reference in error is present in table CoreVariables.

Data was loaded at umcgresearchdatacatalogue before, in version 8.151.1 no issues with reloading are present. But the data cannot be uploaded in a new schema.

Expected behavior
I expect that data that was previously loaded can be uploaded again.

I made a mistake myself here in the data model, problem is solved
