In the overview tag of the plugin settins, you are able to contact the Mollie support directly.

This is the preferred method to contact the Mollie support, since a log file. This log file will contain the API call (request and response) of the last seven days, but max. 700 entries, and will be attached to the e-mail sent to the Mollie support.

For reference, you will get a copy of the sent e-mail.
