If you don't want to use the Cronjob for sending a reminder email to your customer for finishing the order process, when the customer did not continue the checkout during the payment process by e.g., closing the browser or having a failed payment attempt, you also can do this manually.
You are not able to send e-mails for paid orders or orders where the customer canceled the payment explicitly.
The email text can be customized by changing the CMS block "Mollie Second Chance Email".
- Switch to the Mollie tab of the order for which a second chance email is to be sent.
- Click on the Send Second Chance Email button.
- A message, that an email was sent, appears beside the button.
